Shipping & Delivery

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

All orders arrive in 8–13 business days.

Delivery times start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it — add 1–2 business days of processing on top. Peak season (November–January) can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Rates for other countries are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 1–3 business days of ordering. It can take 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear — if it looks stuck at first, that's normal.

Order not here yet?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email us at frostbeatshop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down. If we can't, we'll refund you.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement free of charge. You won't need to send anything back.
